Due to the nature of our product, we will only accept returns on products that have not been opened or used. This ensures hygiene guarantee throughout our business.
Are any purchases final sale?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Due to hygiene standards, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
