What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Due to the nature of our product, in an effort to guarantee hygiene we will only accept returns on products that have not been opened or used.
Are any purchases final sale?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Due to hygiene standards, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
